This was my first solo album, downgraded to an EP, due to the removal of tracks that require sample clearances. Inspired by the diversity of California and my Jamaican heritage. Styles are limitless, and why should the artist be limited. Let styles be free. And that is what I did in this album. I experimented with many styles to broaden my range. Pushing the philosophy to get on the stage and share your mind. 

Rhythmic poetry has in it the ability to liberate sentiments beyond imagination. Urging you to make ripples in the water of life to have it remember it's movements by you. Reverberate in influence. Take music to new heights.

Time Goes On

The Weekend

We live for the weekend. Spending free time with loved ones, and the workweek behind us is the motivation for many people. I’m conveying that though we want to spend lots of good times together only a short amount is allocated. I express hope that doing better will lead to better days of togetherness for us all.

My rhythm and blues(R&B) song to remind that time goes on regardless, and as it does we should go on improving too, without worrying.

A rebellious song in the strive for personal liberation. Created in response to what seem to happen after one decides to take charge of ones life and start progressing in ones dreams; all of a sudden, everyone seems to have a better opinion on how to live ones life than oneself. Everyone wants to tell you what to do. No man/woman is an island and no man/woman stands alone, but space must be granted for freedom to grow.

Ragga rhythm on which I man, Caliboy Calwayne, state my love and intention for this variation of reggae music, Ragga. The distinguishing factor in Ragga for me is a pulsing saw base. 

Ragga is derived from the Raggamuffin, which is a free and broad personality, caring not for prescribed appearances and trivial matters.
